1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and e789 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on e789. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on e789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are generally processed faster than bank transfers. e789 does not impose fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

e789 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. If a withdrawal request cannot be verified within a reasonable period, it may be suspended pending successful verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

e789 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotions to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated when the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may have minimum deposit requirements, time limits, game restrictions and wagering requirements. These will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on e789 — whether on casino games, sports events, or other products — are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after confirmation unless e789 determines that an obvious technical error or manifest mistake occurred.

For sports betting, including cricket markets (PSL, T20, international series) and football:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, subject to any pre-match or in-play adjustments that may occur before the bet is processed.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay. Bets placed after a significant event (wicket, goal, over completion) but before the system has updated the market may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules and e789's betting settlement policy in force at the time.
• e789 reserves the right to void or limit bets that it reasonably suspects were placed using inside information, through technical exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.

For casino games and slots, outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures. Game results are final. If a game session is interrupted due to a connection loss, the round will be resolved based on the last recorded game state, which is maintained on the server.

For fish games, multi-player sessions are conducted in real-time with other registered e789 players. Game mechanics, weapon costs and multiplier tables are as specified within each game. e789 does not guarantee minimum win outcomes in fish game sessions.

7 Responsible Gaming
